Hello, I’m Michael Brochtrup. My passion is to customize workouts to help you see your best success. I’m a firm believer in using functional exercises — bodyweight movements, calisthenics, and minimal equipment — tailored to each individual’s goals.

Proper nutrition and hydration are of utmost importance while training with me. I have been a certified Nutrition Coach since 2021 and have the knowledge and experience to outline proper eating habits and supplementation. I offer Kangen ionized water to all my clients and educate them on how/why Kangen water can improve performance and help minimize recovery time after workouts.

My three pillars of fitness are strength, endurance, and flexibility. I also incorporate proper breathing techniques to maximize performance and results. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get toned, improve mobility, or boost your stamina for a marathon — I can design the right workouts for you.
